Welcome to iAE Global / PAC Asia World Education Fair February’ 08

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the First of the year 2008’ PAC Asia / iAE Global World Education Fair (WEF) to be held in February 2008 in 7’ cities in India & Nepal & Sri Lanka

The format of our first PAC Asia / iAE Global fair of year 2008 has been changed and the new format is developed to provide our partners with better value and higher conversion of students from the event, the structure of the event is below:

As a participant you:

Are part of an elite group who are given an exclusive invitation as one of to PAC Asia / iAE Global’s closest partners.

FORMAT:

Institute Reps are required to be present in person for 4 Fairs: Colombo, Nepal, Delhi and Ludhiana, for rest India trip our trained education counselor can represent you at the booth

Our Staff Representing you at the table will also carry your business cards to be given out to students as and when asked for.

One dedicated staff will be allocated per institute, staff training will be done 15' days prior to the Event start: either via Phone, video conferencing or in person!

ALL institute Rep's are encouraged to "Assess all applications received during the event and grant offer letters" to qualified applications.

If the University’ Rep coming to Delhi is not authorized to issue Offer letter’ then we would request them to issue a “Acknowledgement & provisional acceptance letter”
to all qualified applications, sample for this Document will be provided by PAC Asia.

Participation limited to only 30’ institutes only and booking on first come first basis !

+ Add 3’ cities for only US$2000

20th Feb’ 2008	CHANDIGARH FAIR	Add the following 3’ cities
22nd Feb’ 2008	JAIPUR FAIR
24TH Feb’ 2008	BARODA FAIR

Costs of participation:

The cost of participation is strategically priced to give the best value to the whole concept and participants. We are not a Event Mgmt company hence do not make or wish to make profit from participation fess but get revenue from the students we recruit for our Institutes.

Important Notes :

* Cost of participation covers complete marketing & promotion, Venue for sessions, Lunch during the Fair and PAC Asia / iAE Global India Gala Dinner in Few cities. Accommodation and travel cost’s are separate will be borne by participants on their own.
* PAC Asia / iAE Global India will assist in booking Hotel accommodation at special rates for each city if required
* We shall also be assisting in making the display stands at nominal cost for each institute if they are not providing one for the Fair ! Designs will need to be sent 30’ days prior to event day - 12th Feb’ 2008
